            The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page one, section one, line twenty-two, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and the words “with the following amendment:

            On page one, subsection 2.4, after the period following the words “fire department.” by striking out the word “May” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “The person may”;

            On page two, subsection 3.2, after the words “NIMS compliant” by adding the words “in conformity with the “NIMS Training Guidelines for West Virginia” as established by the West Virginia Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.” ;

            On page two, subsection 3.5, after the after the words “NIMS compliant” by adding the words “in conformity with the “NIMS Training Guidelines for West Virginia” as established by the West Virginia Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.” ; and

            On page three, subsection 3.6, after the words “NIMS compliant” by adding the words “in conformity with the “NIMS Training Guidelines for West Virginia” as established by the West Virginia Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.” ”
